Last week Sabre Corporation announced having acquired Genares, a global hospitality technology company. According to the news, Genares will strengthen Sabre’s hotelier partnership offerings worldwide. Specific terms of the deal were not disclosed.
For those unsawre, Genares provides central reservations systems, revenue management and hotel marketing solutions to some 2,300 plus independent hotels. The news also revealed Genares employees will join Sabre Hospitality Solutions. Alex Alt, president of Sabre Hospitality Solutions, had this to add:

We look forward to continuing, and building upon, the standard of excellence that Genares has established while helping their customers reach the next level in profitability and growth through our broad portfolio of hospitality solutions.”
