Russian Caviar House Partners with Russian Hospitality Awards

Russian Caviar House and Russian Hospitality Awards

Earlier this year the Russian Caviar House announced having partnered for the third consecutive year with the Russian Hospitality Awards. One of the world’s most famous sources of “black gold”, has put its stamp of approval on Russia’s most respected hospitality benchmark. Here’s a brief on this news plus an added surprise.

The Russian Caviar House is the largest manufacturer of black caviar, and one of the country’s most celebrated producers. The company is the exclusive supplier to the Kremlin, Roscosmos, Gazprom and other major government and commercial enterprises. From breeding sturgeon to trading and selling of “black gold”, the company produces some 12-16 tons per year.

Russian Caviar House is also the only company exporting black Russian caviar abroad, and there are currently overseas branches of the company in; the UAE, Kazakhstan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Canada and the United States. The company has won numerous national and international awards for excellence, and continually expands the reach of its priceless product.

Just last month, the Food Loft (Saint-Petersburg) held a masterclass under the guidance of the chef of the restaurant “Cloudberry for Pushkin’s” Novel Palkin and the chef “Russian Caviar House” Vitaly Tokarev cooked original dishes. The event featured the finest product of RCH, the Imperial. You can see the resulting dish above.

Just before completing this report I spoke briefly with Russian Caviar House’s digital and social representative online about shipping products internationally. As an aside here, I must say the company’s digital engagement is at least as exclusive as its products. I got a brief history and product lesson, very specific instructions for shipping, and even links to study further, the sustainable production of this wonderful food product.

My own Our Russia Magazine is a media partner with Russian Hospitality Awards, and based on my experience with this partner of theirs, Argophilia Travel News should be as well. Stay tuned for a more in-depth report on the quality and production methods, and the fascinating world of Диана.
