ReviewPro and L.E Hotels Pen Deal for Advanced Analytics

ReviewPro and L.E Hotels have penned a deal for a comprehensive plan to fiot custom monitoring tools for 80 of the hotel groups properties.

According to the press from L.E. Hotels, this deal will provide each hotel with a monthly report on guest satisfaction so that each property can better assess performance and identify correct benchmarks.  The  reports will include ReviewPro’s Global Review Index™ (GRI), which is one of the best online reputation scoring services in the business. The index allows hoteliers to calculated from analyzing online reviews in 40+ languages from more than 100 online travel agencies and review sites.

L.E. Hotels will use the GRI with other analytics provided by ReviewPro to evaluate and boost the brand at the operational and service level. ensure that brand standards, on an operational and service level, to ensure that the hotels deliver memorable guest experiences. Efrem Harkham, founder and chairman of L.E Hotel, had this to say about the deal:
