NORTHWIND: Congrats to Maestro Software Clients

NORTHWIND, the leading provider of hotel management and reservation software solutions is delighted to offer its congratulations to a number of its valued clients, which have landed numerous top awards from top level travel organizations, including TripAdvisor Choice, Conde Nast Traveler, Travel & Leisure Magazine, Forbes Travel Guide and AAA.

NORTHWIND’s clients have built their success on the hugely popular Maestro Enterprise Property Management software system, which offers full integration of 20 independent hotel solutions on just one stable platform. It’s clients rely on the award-winning Maestro software in order to provide their guests with the best, most efficient service possible, while maximizing their efficiency and profitability.

Winners of Forbes Travel Guide Awards for 2011 include a number of Maestro users, such as the Stein Eriksen Lodge, which earned a five-star property award, and The Wauwinet of the Nantucket Islands Resorts group, which secured a four-star award. Meanwhile, the White Elephant, another NIR resort, secured a prize in the form of a Travelers Choice award from TripAdvisor.

Russ Olsen, CEO of the Stein Eriksen Lodge was delighted to receive not one, but two separate awards from Forbes Travel Guide, and was quick to point out the vital contribution of Maestro to the hotel and resort’s success:

AAA-2011 Four and Five Diamond Awards: Stein Eriksen Lodge, The Saint Paul Hotel, Hotel DeAnza, Chaminade Resort & Spa, Rocky Gap Lodge & Golf Resort, and The Inn at Dos Brisas.

In addition to paying homage to its client’s excellent performance in this year’s travel awards, NORTHWIND also took the opportunity to extend its congratulations to the Baros Maldives – an elite boutique resort in the Maldives and one of its biggest international clients – which secured a third successive TripAdvisor Traveler’s Choice Award.

The resort was rated by Trip Advisor users as one of the world’s top luxury hotels, while it also received a string of other awards from notable bodies, including first place in two World Travel Awards categories: The Indian Ocean’s Leading Villa Award and the Indian Ocean’s Leading Hotel Award.
