More Eastern Europe Stay’s You Never Imagined

We take great pleasure in finding wonderful places and faces to share with you. Really we do. Today we bumped into a super friendly group of hotels presented though a company we found on Twitter actually. White Line Hotels may be semi-famous to some people, but we just found them to be quite honest. By way of a focus on what they offer, here’s three hotels in their group you may have never found, were it not right here with us.

Hotel Gruener Baum View

Hotel Grüner Baum

That does not sound very Italian, now does it? But in spite of what you might think, this medieval bit of charm is all about blending alpine super coolness with an Italian flare for the modern and trendy. The reason the name sounds so Germanic is simply because you can throw a rock and hit Switzerland or Austria from the town of Glorenza Italy. Situated in the wonderful Italian Alps overlooking a charming town square, this hidden gem is a bit of foodie and mountain air enthusiast value. Dating from the 1500’s the little hotel shows off some contemporary comfort inside the curvaceous walls of reminiscent of middle age magnificence. You see, it’s the view from here that enthralls guests.

Maybe most interesting here is the fact White Line sends readers just to direct book these wonderful hotels around the world. Here’s the hotel site where you’ll find plenty more info about this fabulous part of Italy, and of course their own offerings too.

Inside the hotel

Lesic Dimitri Palace on Korcula

First off, if you’ve never visited Croatia you haven’t lived as a traveler. A mix of ancient mystery, Roman and Greek influence, and modern fun loving society, plus a hint of the Riviera, the cities and villages of this part of the world are fantastic. Now that that’s out of the way, you cannot imagine Korcula, really. Add to everything you ever heard about Dalmatia a shining Island much of the world has left alone – and throw in a super luxury pad to hang out at while sunning there. That’s Lesic Dimitri Palace. Again White Line just soften’s your senses up with a review of this cozy and lush offering, then venture to the hotel’s site here.

This private retreat right in the center of the town of old Korčula is about as elegant a retreat as you can imagine. Spacious suites here deliver on a sort of Silk Road – Marco Polo motif that quite frankly takes the breath. This architectural gem, combined with the natural beauty of the Island, it is unmistakably one of those places you’ll never forget. Here, rather than be bored with my scribbling, watch the video below.

Fresco Cave Suites and Mansions

For the traveler intent on visiting magnificent Turkey, this unique stay at one of three mansions from the 19th Century will certainly pay off in memories. Situated in front of fascinating cave dwellings, this magical place is reflected in an inscription above its ancient door which reads:

“My love, Your life is to be filled with spring greenery and vitality at this mansion that has thousands of blessings”

The Fresco Mansion Suite

Romantic, this part of Anatolia is a cradle of refined antiquity combined with an earthy lunar landscape that titillates and soothes the senses at the same time. We’ve not seen so many luxury accommodations which take on the real flavor of the surroundings and convey them in subtle and sensual ways like this.

Again, seeing what I am trying to describe in video is so much nicer, enjoy.

Our congratulations to White Line Hotels for not only showcasing fabulous hotels on every continent, but for doing so in a most unusual and interesting way. You got my attention.
