Monegros Desert Festival Begins Today

For travelers to Spain this weekend, the Monegros Desert Festival kicks off today in Fraga. 2011’s event promises to be the biggest rave in all Spain, what will certainly be a “life experience” for those attending.

The desert setting for this much awaited musical extravaganza this year will see 40,000 plus people soaking in 22 hours of non stop  music performance on 5 stages. Electro, Hip Hop, Dubstep, Techno, you name it and there is a world class performer doing it here this year. So far, as of 12:20 CET, tickets are still available here.
