This family run hotel has not only stunning views, but one of the most lovely and secluded private beaches in all Cyprus. For those who have never traveled to this Island, the Paphos District contains the towns of Paphos, Yeroskipou, Peyia, and Polis Chrysochous, not to mention attractions like; the Tomb of Kings (bottom image), the Baths of Aphrodite, Paphos Fort, and the Municipal Market in Paphos’ historic city center. Of course the crystal azure Mediterranean is the big draw, and laying about in under the warm Winter Cyprus sun.

Guests of Magnuson’s Corallia Beach Hotel are offered the best in West Cyprus accommodations. Indoor activities and amenities like free high speed internet, money exchanging services, cocktail bar with a big screen TV, a mini-market, sauna, fitness room, game room with snooker, and table tennis, add to the indoor pleasures of this Cyprus getaway.

A taste of culture, some fun lovers, at Demokritos Tavern.

Active amenities of the hotel include; the Olympic size pool, the beaches, water-sports of every variety,  tennis courts, bowling bowls, nearby Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills Golf clubs, associated diving centers, and jeep safaris of the nearby landscape. Aside the seaside thrills, sunbathing moments, and archaeological wonders here, remember too, this is the birthplace of the goddess Aphrodite – and appropriately lovely and romantic spot on mother Earth.

If nightlife beckons you, the moonlit Demokritos Tavern (image above) offers a dining, cultural, and entertainment experience not to miss. Elegant to all night partying down, find a babysitter during your family vacation. There are also a great many bars, taverns and nightclubs to choose from all along the Western Cyprus coastline. Wine tasting or all out beach blanket beer guzzling, there’s no shortage of libations to be had here.

The hotel staff is also notable for their skill and experience at organizing wedding and business events, as well as catering to daily guest whims and needs. The hotel’s motto says it all where guest service is concerned:

” Come in as guests ,leave as family ”

Sightseeing opportunities aside those already mentioned include; Paphos Forest, Paphos Castle, the Archaeological Park, and Paphos Museum. All about this part of Cyprus the visitor will find a wealth of outdoor adventures to take part in. From horseback riding to hiking, even wine tours, West Cyprus is not only a relaxation gem, but as adrenaline oriented as you want to be. Gastronomy or bird watching, or all day and night festive events like the Pafos Aphrodite Festival and others – you get the picture – Cyprus is not all about ancient ruins, but antiquity is all over the place.
