Gardenia Fair Comes to Arad, Romania

Coming up later this month, the Arad International Expo kicks off the Gardenia Flower Fair from April 19 through April 22. Some 40 plus exhibitors from Romania and Hungary will show off some of the most exotic and beautiful plants anywhere.

Arad, Romania, in the far West of the country near the Hungary border, will be the scene for the 13th annual fair. What was once a stumbling block in the path of the invading Monguls, will now become about as departed a dainty thing of beauty as imaginable from then. The show will focus on all things gardening including; maintaining gardens, parks and green spaces, along with exhibitions for garden flowers, exotic flowers, trees and shrubs, lawn rollers, tools, equipment, and miniature statues, irrigation systems, and so on.

Exhibitors will also offer the latest news and trends about artful furniture, carved wood objects, laminated furniture, interior design, and a wide array of topical informative, as well as prizes for visitors. The entrance ticket: 2 lei (less than .50 euro cents) and the program hours are: Thursday – Friday: 11-20 Saturday: 10-20 Sunday: 9-15.
