A new shop opened in Platanias last Thursday offering local herbs, olive oils, wines, and wonderful Cretan cheeses. Dictamus Shop joins famous Cretan herb shops like Wild Herbs of Crete, tofillo, Iliostasio, and others dispensing the amazing healthful bounty of the island.
Owners Kyriakos and Alkistis are inviting locals and travelers to enjoy a unique journey to relish the original tastes and aromas of Crete.
Dictamus Shop is located opposite the parking area of “Milos tou Kerata” restaurant a short distance from the marina.

Platanias is the largest tourist resort in western Crete. Situated along a golden strand of beach west of Chania, the area is very popular with Scandinavians travelers who come to Crete on package tours.
