A new event and banquet center is scheduled to open in West Chester, Ohio, in the fall of 2015. The center, a project by AVANA Capital and Middletown Hotel Management (MHM), is set to become a Butler County tourism draw after its opening.
Centre Park Holiday Inn will boast 130 rooms, the first Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse restaurant in Ohio, and the Blue Bar™ and cocktail lounge. With contemporary design, and top of the class furnishings, the hotel will offer bridal suites, as well as executive suites for short and extended stays. For the youngest guests, the owners plan a kids’ splash park. Besides the aforementioned facilities, there will also be an indoor pool, a fitness center, and even a chapel.
The Event and Banquet Center is designed to accommodate up to 650 guests, making Centre Park the only space in town of such capacity, with a full service hotel attached to the event facility.
Centre Park Holiday Inn is ideally located on 5800 Mulhauser Rd, West Chester Township, near important area attractions such as Kings Island, The Beach, Voice of America, IKEA, Kenwood Mall, Duke Energy Convention Center, Sharon Convention Center, Liberty Center, Wake Nation, Proctor and Gamble, GE, Kroger Headquarters, and various Metro Parks. The groundbreaking for Centre Park will be celebrated in a private ceremony at the site, at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, August 27th.
