Catch the “Blogger of the Future” @ World Travel Market 2014

World Travel Market 2014 is intent on showing the future of blogging via the WTM Blogging Progamme. A two part blogging session, run by Melvin Boecher (Traveldudes.org) and Keith Jenkins (VelvetEscape.com), is to follow WTM’s first ever Blogger Speed Networking event on Thursday 6 November.

WTM has been running similar blogging events since back in 2011, but this year’s outreach to the medium is a bit different. 2014 is more oa a blogger “how to” with insight into campaigns and  best practices and collaborative successes, highlighted by Boecher’s and Jenkins’ successes.

The first session, “Turning Experience into Successful Experiments”, reveals super successful travel blogger campaigns via social media. The second part of the seminar session will feature Boecher and Jenkins revealing a blogging White Paper collaborative by some of the world’s leading travel bloggers and decision makers. The so-called Social Travel Summit White Paper,  investigates such meaningful topics as; maintaining credibility and the guidelines to follow when collaborating with bloggers.

World Travel Market, Senior Director, Simon Press, offered this comment:

“Since WTM introduced its first blogging programme, in 2011, it’s been standing-room only. That these sessions have been so well attended proves just how important blogging is to the travel industry. In recognition of this, we have dedicated even more time and space to this growing medium for 2014.”

The blogging seminar session takes place in the Travel Tech Theatre TT390. For more information, those interested should visit the link above, or contact WTM directly at:
