Picheral, who graduated EDHEC Business School, cut his teeth as an auditor with KPMG, then Salustro Reydel, and since 1997 with Accor. He’s been Managing Director in charge of Finance, Tax, Legal Affairs and IT for Germany, as well as CEO of Poland since 2010.
Along with Picheral’s appointment, Accor also announced industry veteran Steven Daines being appointed CEO HotelServices United Kingdom, Ireland, Benelux, Switzerland and Russia. Sébastien Bazin, Chairman and CEO of Accor had this to say about the pair:
