Concur TripLink Extends Benefits of Managed Travel Programs

Integrated travel and expense service, Concur, has announced the launch of Concur TripLink. A solution for corporate users to benefit from managed travel plans, Concur TripLink allows for benefits to be gleaned even outside outside of their current programs.

Concur, the world’s leading provider of integrated travel and expense management solutions and services, today announced the launch of Concur TripLink in Germany and France.

In a move to level the playing field of corporate discounts, Concur is enabling customers to capture value from even direct bookings. A recent study by Global Business Travel Association (GBTA), in partnership with Concur, “Booking Behaviour: The Business Traveller’s Perspective,” reveals up to a third of all business travelers in France, Germany, and the UK currently book with suppliers directly. What this means for companies is a potential loss of discounts and value, which takes a toll in the end on employers.

With TripLink customers will realize the same bonuses as with in-program discounts, at least theoretically. Concur TripLink allows businesses to:

  • Maximize negotiated corporate discounts
  • Gain spend visibility no matter where it is booked
  • Ensure end user compliance to travel policies
  • to get a consolidated view of all of their travel program data
  • and to fulfill duty of care requirements

Global Concur TripLink partners include AccorHotels, Airbnb, Air Canada, Avis, Booking.com, Captain Train, Enterprise, Etihad Airways, HotelTonight, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), Lufthansa, National Car Rental, Marriott (International), Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Sixt, United Airlines and Wally Park.
