Swedish chain Scandic Hotels has partnered with TripAdvisor to include traveler ratings and reviews on each of its hotels’ website. Scandic wants to make the online booking process easier and straightforward for its hotels, and as recent data from Forrester shows that over 70% of guests read reviews before booking their accommodation, the chain is trying to reduce the need of going to third party sources for ratings.
